Ruby Walsh is 3/1 with Ladbrokes to ride 8 or more winners at the Cheltenham Festival.
Walsh broke the Festival record with seven winners last year and with stars such as Kauto Star, Master Minded and Big Bucks all now odds-on for the Festival and the combined strength of the Nicholls and Mullins yards, the bookies are bracing themselves for another Ruby mauling.
Ladbrokes spokesman David Williams said: "Everything Walsh touches seems to turn from Ruby to gold and another huge haul at Cheltenham looks likely. We thought at the time his 2009 record would last forever but he has raised the bar yet again this season."
