Paddy Power will continue their sponsorship of the Paddy Power Gold Cup at Cheltenham's Open meeting until 2012 after adding another three years to their sponsorship deal.
The three-day Open meeting takes place annually in mid-November and attracts a huge crowd, third only to the Grand National and Cheltenham Festival in terms of attendance.
Paddy Power himself said: "The agreement underpins Paddy Power's continued commitment to racing in a time of adversity for the industry and we're ecstatic to be part of an extremely rare good news story concerning racing sponsorship, bucking the recent trend of so many others pulling the plug on their support."
This year’s Open meeting will begin on the 12th November and will run until the 14th.
