Stan James have opened a market on who will start favourite for the Stan James Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham in March and make Menorah their 2/1 market leader.
Head of PR Charlie McCann explained to Cheltenhampro: " It has the making of a memorable and vintage Champion Hurdle and we are now giving punters a second bite at the cherry. They may not know who's going to win but perhaps they have an opinion on who will head the market on the day?
"If Binocular impresses at Kempton on Boxing Day the current champ may arrest back favouritism, but what if that meeting is lost? Menorah may not run before the Festival but has he done enough in the Greatwood and International to go off favourite?"
