The National Hunt Chase kicks off day two of the Festival and though it doesn’t look like the sort of contest to get the pulses racing, it remains a thoroughly intriguing affair.
Racing fans are flocking to
BetVictor as the firm continue to offer a whole host of fantastic offers for the 1.30 Cheltenham.
Paul Nicholls’ Harry The Viking (6/1,
Coral) heads the betting for the race and the seven-year-old will be looking to add a fifth success of the season to his impressive CV. He looks a worthy favourite, while Teaforthree (7/1,
Blue Square), also at the forefront of the betting, is clear on the ratings for the four mile war.
However,
ALLEE GARDE (13/2,
BetVictor) looks like fantastic value and Willie Mullins’ hurdling recruit looks like he has the ability to really land a blow in the opener.
Ninth in last year’s Albert Bartlett Novices’ Hurdle, the selection finished third behind Last Instalment in the Fort Leney Novice Chase at Leopardstown in December and he was last seen filling the same place in a Grade Two at Naas in January.
He has a touch of class about him and can get the Irish off to a winning start at Prestbury Park.
