Irish trainer Gordon Elliott has revealed that Jessies Dream will head straight to the RSA Chase at the 2011 Cheltenham Festival following his surprise defeat at Leopardstown on Sunday afternoon.
Elliot retains all his faith in David Johnson’s gelding and believes that a line should be drawn through his defeat to Magnanimity, a result that came after Jessies Dream had previously beaten Mikael d'Haguenet to land the Drinmore Novice Chase at Fairyhouse.
"He's come out of the race fine. It was just one of those days and we're putting a line through it and we're looking forward to Cheltenham in March," explained the trainer.
"He's better than that. Things didn't work out for him and it was a messy race, but we're looking forward to bigger and better things."
