Just 15lbs separating the whole Kim Muir field means that it is sure to be a hugely competitive affair and it looks a ferociously difficult race to crack.
Jonjo O’Neill’s Sunnyhillboy (8/1,
Paddy Power) heads the betting for the race and he looks a big player, as does Irish raider Becauseicouldntsee (12/1,
Stan James) who has been lightly raced in recent times.
However, the tentative vote goes to Paul Nolan’s
ADAMS ISLAND (20/1,
BetVictor) who should still have a race of this nature in his locker after shaping well so far this season.
Nolan believes that there is still good days to be had with the eight-year-old and he has looked like he retains his ability with some decent runs this year.
Very useful as a novice for trainer Rebecca Curtis, he could still have enough about him to win a race of this nature and his given the vote.
