Serebad eyes Coral Cup success

Serebad, winner of the Betfair Your Perfect Match Handicap Hurdle at Ascot on February 14th, will now be entered for the Coral Cup at Cheltenham said his trainer, Peter Bowen.

Serebad had been involved in a terrific struggle at Ascot with the tough Lough Derg but showed terrific determination and hung on long enough to win by a short head. It should be said that Lough Derg was unlucky to find Serebad, the only one too good for him at the end.

The Coral Cup is a good target however for a horse like Serebad and he'll be in with a great chance if he comes into the race in top condition. Serebad is currently a bit of an outsider with the bookmakers, you can bet on Serebad at 22/1 to win the Coral Cup, odds available from SkyBet.

Meanwhile the early favourites to win the Coral Cup are Psycho at 12/1 again available from SkyBet, and hot prospect for the future Aigle Dor at 14/1 from Boylesports.
